Smoky flavour : towards a new alternative 

We are currently intensively working on developing a replacement for smoky flavour that meets our clients' requirements for naturalness and health. This new smoky flavour aims to offer an authentic and intense taste while being free from harmful compounds traditionally associated with smoky flavours. We are sharing recent progress, including positive sensory tests and improvements in thermal stability and solubility.


Salt replacer : 2 versions, infinite possibilities

We are proud to introduce our "Salt Replacer" range with two distinct versions : 

  • The dairy version is specifically formulated for dairy products, offering sodium reduction without compromising the creamy and savory profile. 
  • The salt version, on the other hand, is versatile and can be used in a variety of applications to replace salt while maintaining an optimal taste experience. 

These innovative solutions are designed to help producers meet the growing trends of sodium reduction.
